ESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Relationship Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team who is poised for exponential growth.

You will be responsible in maximising revenue from all streams in the Facility Rental department and create new opportunities for growth, managing relationships of the Facility Rental department stakeholders within allocated venues to ensure all users are considered and valued and be accountable for the revenue generated in allocated venues by coordinating all users to maximise utilization.

Term: Part time (4 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Package: Starting in the region between QAR 6,250 including all allowances

Key Objectives:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venues
  • Create a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior management
  • Manage and business develop FR programs at all venues
  • Be the core stakeholder of your ecosystem and ensure ALL users are considered and serviced to a high standard
  • Embrace & meet the standard operational and HSE targets as set by the senior management
  • Ensure all activities and programs adhere to the local laws, and rules and regulations of governing bodies

Leverage the recent implementation of Salesfoce as a CRM automated tool and support the development of the new CRM modules. Budget Management: Oversee and control all marketing channel spending and budget to ensure efficient use of resources. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and initiatives. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Foster Collaboration and Harmony: Create a harmonious and collaborative atmosphere within the marketing team, internal customers, and other internal stakeholders. Team development: Cultivate an environment where marketing colleagues can grow and unleash their potential, aligning with the company's values of respect and unity.   Desired Qualifications and Experience: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.   Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in managing marketing personnel across various functions. Experience in sports marketing is a significant advantage. At least 5 years of experience leading a comprehensive marketing team that serves multiple business units. This desirably includes supervising the following functions: Videographic and photographic content creation and editing Graphic design and creative development Digital marketing and social media management Account management Promotions management Desirable: Branding, public relations (PR), and market research   Leadership: Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Ability to recognise and learn from mistakes. Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and enthusiastically offer a contagious positive example. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build sincere and caring relationships with all colleagues. Ability to transform potential sources of conflict into opportunities for mutual understanding and joint development   Strategic Expertise: Relevant experience in strategic marketing management, including the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans that align with business goals. Knowledge of current media trends and the ability to leverage them effectively.   Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and web design. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools.   Valuable Direct Experiences: Proven track record in brand strategy and implementation, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. Good understanding of market research methodologies and their application in strategic planning.
