Job Purpose

Providing support to the Finance Department and contributing to the overall efficient and accurate operations of the Finance function of the company.

Key Objectives

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department.
  • Maintaining petty cash, credit cards and banking transactions of the company.
  • Manage the payables of the company by fulfilling all requirements as per policies.
  • Manage the receivables of the company by fulfilling all requirements as per policies.
  • Ability to handle Corporate, Zakat and taxation laws of GCC.
  • Assist in reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger entries.
  • Procurement for and on behalf of the company including PO, cost management, vendor assurance, compliance with procurement policies.
  • Collaborating in inventory management as per the requirements of the company
  • Assisting in financial audits of sites and related parties.
  • Any other requirements as assigned by the company.

The position is full time with a 2-year contract which is renewable. The total package, including all allowances, will be in the region of AED 6,000 per month. The job also includes local medical insurance.

ESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Relationship Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team who is poised for exponential growth.

You will be responsible in maximising revenue from all streams in the Facility Rental department and create new opportunities for growth, managing relationships of the Facility Rental department stakeholders within allocated venues to ensure all users are considered and valued and be accountable for the revenue generated in allocated venues by coordinating all users to maximise utilization.

Term: Part time (4 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Package: Starting in the region between QAR 6,250 including all allowances

Key Objectives:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venues
  • Create a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior management
  • Manage and business develop FR programs at all venues
  • Be the core stakeholder of your ecosystem and ensure ALL users are considered and serviced to a high standard
  • Embrace & meet the standard operational and HSE targets as set by the senior management
  • Ensure all activities and programs adhere to the local laws, and rules and regulations of governing bodies
