Job Description

ESM is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Compliance team as Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager

The position is full time with a 2-year contract which is renewable. The total package, including all allowances, will be in the region of AED. 12,000 per month. The job also includes local medical insurance and a paid air ticket to your home country once a year.

Responsible for leading the audit team across a range of good practice activities in a sporting environment, delivering quality reports and services in line with the organisation standards and applicable law for compliance and quality assurance requirement.

Key Objectives:

  • Manage and supervise audit team appointed to audit external academies to ensure operations are fully compliant.
  • Evaluate standard processes for compliance with quality requirements in line with regional law and best practices.
  • Lead the development of audit plans and audit schedules for auditors.
  • Identify processes, situations, etc., where the organisation is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement and feedback to academies.
  • Lead and develop monthly audit report and present data analysis as needed.
  • Develop internal auditing structure and quality assurance.

Desired Qualifications

  • BA degree in Business, Administration, or related field
  • NEBOSH International Certificate/Diploma
  • ISO: 9001 Lead Auditor

Desired Experience:

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance Auditor minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Proven experience in relationship management and customer service
