We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Corporate Events Coordinator to join the team at ESM. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and securing business partnerships with corporate clients to support the successful delivery of events.

You will build strong relationships with clients, develop tailored event solutions that meet their business objectives, and negotiate contracts that provide mutual value. The role also involves managing end-to-end event operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Key Objectives

  • Actively seek new corporate clients and sponsorship opportunities through networking and outreach, while developing tailored presentations and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue goals.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, track sales performance, and collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies.
  • Oversee the complete planning and execution of events, managing logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with internal and external teams to align objectives.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for events, manage scheduling and communication with clients and vendors, and compile reports on event progress and budgets for management review.
  • Oversee inventory and resource management, ensuring all materials are available and organised while adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure corporate clients’ needs are integrated into event planning and execution.

Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in event coordination with a focus on securing corporate clients
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with event management software and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of corporate event trends and best practices

Desired Experience

  • 1–2 years in events, sales, and/or similar roles
  • Demonstrated success in securing corporate sponsorships and partnerships
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, and client entertainment
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and sales
  • Familiarity with budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management in an event setting
