Safety

ESM Camps’ reputation for high-quality childcare is the result of the professionalism and hard work of all staff. We place the safeguarding and safety of all children as our priority, and therefore follow a strict recruitment policy with relevant experience in childcare to ensure your child’s wellbeing.

Recruitment decisions are made following an extensive application, interview, training and vetting process. Pediatric First Aid is essential for Camp Managers and staff.

All Full-Time employees have to complete safeguarding training which is refreshed at least every two years. All Seasonal staff are subject to yearly safeguarding training where they will be instructed to complete online courses as well as face to face training days leading up to camps.

What The Parents Say

ESM Camp was great for my 4-year-old daughter. Every day they had a new set of fun activities. The staff was very friendly and very hands-on with the kids which is exactly what a parent needs to see. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and fellow parents.

I liked the way the kids were engaged in the camp. A number of sports activities towards fitness and all provided under one roof in JBS. My child used to look forward every morning to go to the camp. The coaches are experienced and take care of the kids nicely.

My son was eight years old the first time we dropped him off. He was nervous - but the camp managers picked up on it and made him feel right at home. He had an amazing four weeks - tried everything you can imagine - football, basketball, tennis, even swimming! The director was responsive and had wonderful resources for me as a first-time parent. He is now heading into his fourth camp at ESM Holiday Camp.

We had a great experience with my 5 years old girl. The team made sure she enjoyed and learnt at all times and she has certainly improved her sports skills!
