Health & Safety

ESM Active has a reputation for high-quality sports programmes being offered to students at schools for over a decade.

Safeguarding and our students wellbeing is our Number 1 Priority.

ESM & Our Approved providers follow a strict compliance policy to ensure all providers and their staff have the relevant qualifications and experience to deal with children of all ages, as well as appointing a Mandatory Health & Safety office and designated Child Safeguarding lead. An initiative launched by ESM 2 years ago.

In addition to the initial checks, ESM operations staff carry out regular comprehensive audits to ensure that standards are continually being met during sessions. Audits cover Health & Safety, Child Safeguarding, Quality Assurance, session delivery as well as other specialized and normal operating procedures such as sanitisation and adhearance to COVID regulations.

ESM Active programmes will operate under the recently updated Dubai Sports Council Guidelines.
