Yogle Kids offer a safe environment for kids aged 4-12 to learn and grow through yoga poses, conscious breathing and mindful games - all with nature-inspired themes.
Mindful movement and breathwork to help children self-regulate emotions, improve focus and instill confidence & self-esteem. Music/songs along with stories and games are essential cornerstones of our classes nurturing brain development to support enhanced creativity and healthy social skills. With regular practice, yoga and mindfulness not only make kids strong and flexible but also emotionally intelligent, resilient and better equipped to handle daily pressures. Our classes are designed especially for young minds offering a joyful, screen-free space to reset, recharge and grow.
