We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our Finance Department to join us in Dubai, providing vital support in various financial tasks and ensuring compliance with GCC taxation laws and procurement policies.
Job Purpose
Providing support to the Finance Department and contributing to the overall efficient and accurate operations of the Finance function of the company.
Key Objectives
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department.
- Maintaining petty cash, credit cards and banking transactions of the company.
- Manage the payables of the company by fulfilling all requirements as per policies.
- Manage the receivables of the company by fulfilling all requirements as per policies.
- Ability to handle Corporate, Zakat and taxation laws of GCC.
- Assist in reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger entries.
- Procurement for and on behalf of the company including PO, cost management, vendor assurance, compliance with procurement policies.
- Collaborating in inventory management as per the requirements of the company
- Assisting in financial audits of sites and related parties.
- Any other requirements as assigned by the company.

The position is full time with a 2-year contract which is renewable. The total package, including all allowances, will be in the region of AED 6,000 per month. The job also includes local medical insurance.
