We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience across a range of digital channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, content, and data to support real campaigns and contribute to the digital presence of two of the UAE’s leading sports and events brands — ESM and Hamilton Aquatics.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and Social Media Executive to support campaign delivery, content coordination, and performance reporting across platforms including Google, Meta, email, and web.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and email; support with setting up campaign parameters, tracking performance, and compiling post-campaign reports.

• Support in publishing and scheduling content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Conduct data mining and compile performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and internal dashboards.

• Support in managing website updates, content uploads, and ensuring information accuracy.

• Help with scheduling, drafting, and monitoring email campaigns.

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and research on digital trends and audience behaviour.

• Assist in community management, responding to messages and enquiries across digital platforms.

• Provide administrative and coordination support for digital marketing projects.

• Work closely with the Social Media Executive and Design team to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and data analytics

• Basic understanding of digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and ability to interpret basic data and performance metrics

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Interest in sports / sports industry
