School Relationship Manager - Dubai

In this pivotal role, you will manage key relationships with school leaders, programme coordinators and external partners to ensure outstanding provision and high levels of engagement. Key Objectives:
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders within allocated venues
- Create a cohesive ecosystem to achieve and exceed revenue targets set by senior management. Stakeholders include School Principals, Athletic/Sports Directors, ASA/ECA Co-ordinators, MSO’s and Parent Relations Executives.
- Setup and Manage changes to the schedule of each facility timetable.
- Audit, Quality Assure programmes and support the development of Sports & Enrichment
- Working holistically with each allocated venue to achieve the best possible access times and schedule of activities and programs to enrich the students and local community.
- Manage and business develop Sports & Enrichment programs at all venues, including After School Activities, Academies, Events, Holiday Camps and Adult Facility Rental.
- Be the core stakeholder of your ecosystem and ensure you are accountable for all users being considered and serviced to a high standard
- Liaise closely with the FR commercial team for an appropriate handover of all bookings onsite
- Embrace & meet the standard operational and HSE targets as set by the senior management
- Ensure all activities and programs adhere to the local laws, and rules and regulations of governing bodies

Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in sports, business or similar qualification related to the field
- Health & Safety Level 3, IOSH or NEBOSH equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in schools, sports and/or enrichment fields
- Proven experience in relationship management and customer service
- Basic experience in administrative roles
- A passion for sports and enrichment/music activities

Graphic Designer
We are looking for a talented and brand-focused Graphic Designer to join the team at ESM. In this role, you will play a key part in visually representing ESM and its affiliated brands across both digital and print platforms. From social media graphics to printed brochures and event collateral, you’ll ensure that all design work is professional, engaging, and aligned with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution
Create artwork for flyers, posters, brochures, banners, presentations, newsletters, emailers, social media, and website
Develop visuals from concept to execution based on briefs
Deliver high-quality designs while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
Prepare designs for print and digital deployment
Liaise with print vendors for costing, production, and quality checks, if required.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
2–5 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, After Effects is a bonus
Excellent visual, layout, and typography skills
Strong time management, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of print production and attention to detail
Photography and illustration skills are a plus

Aquatics Event Lead
Are you experienced in delivering swimming competitions and passionate about creating smooth, professional aquatic events?
ESM in Dubai is looking for an Aquatics Events Lead to take ownership of the technical and operational delivery of swimming events across the UAE.
In this role, you will lead the planning, setup and smooth execution of competitions, ensuring that timing systems work flawlessly, events run to standard and every participant has a positive experience. From managing event equipment and software to supervising the technical team and working with officials and venues, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality events that meet international standard.
Key Objectives
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all ESM & Hamilton Aquatics events and competitions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to organisational standards.
- Handle all high-level inquiries and communications professionally and promptly while representing ESM & Hamilton Aquatics in accordance with company policies and values.
- Ensure the correct setup, operation, and breakdown of Meet Management software and Automated Officiating Equipment (AOE) systems for every competition, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Manage and mentor the Events (HA) Assistants, delegating tasks effectively, providing guidance, and ensuring that all team members contribute to the successful execution of events.
- Work closely with the Events Manager to ensure all competitions meet safety regulations and best practices while also assisting with administrative duties as required.
- Identify areas for improvement in event planning and execution, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall event quality.
- Collaborate with senior management to align event objectives with ESM & Hamilton Aquatics’ strategic goals and ensure that all required duties are carried out to support the organisation’s success.

Desired Qualification
- Degree in Sports Science, or related field to the post.
