Photography Terms and Conditions

PHOTOGRAPHY

For the purpose of capturing and promoting the ESM Holiday Camps programmes, ESM requires your permission to enable us to photograph and on occasions video your child whilst they are engaged with the programme. The photographs and videos will focus on the range of activities carried out during the camps and be used to celebrate the success of the programme as a whole.

We therefore kindly ask that you sign the following release on behalf of the child/children:

• I understand that photographs and videos will be taken regularly by the ESM representatives and Holiday Camp managers while delivering the camp programme.
• I grant ESM Holiday Camps as GEMS and ESM, its affiliates, and their successors permission to hold and assign the rights of the child’s image, likeness and voice as recorded on audio or video tape for the duration of the programme. I grant this without payment or other compensation.
• I understand that the footage may be edited, copied, published, or shared, including on a secure GEMS internet and may be used in future marketing materials for ESM use only.
• This release is irrevocable and not restricted to a particular geographic area.
• I hereby release GEMS, ESM and its directors, officers, and customers from all claims of every kind on account of such use.

I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby and that I am legally authorized to sign on behalf of the student.
