QHSE & Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive QHSE & Compliance Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring all operations and partnerships align with internal policies, legal requirements and industry best practices.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to build a culture of accountability, implement compliance frameworks, and support continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Objectives:

  • To implement and develop the company’s quality assurance and compliance standards. Carry on due diligence checks for existing and any new partnership. Prevent non-compliant activities occurring.
  • Develop new standards for delivery and design, with improvements as needed, and create criteria’s list across all company’s divisions in line with market best practices.
  • Assess any new partnership, business opportunity and develop a full risk assessment strategy to advise the management about any identified compliance issues.
  • To define health and safety standards across operations, support in HSE training for staff, monitor, lead on and report on HSE incidents including investigations if needed.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with all stakeholders including school principals, MSOs, group senior management, government associations and commercial partners.

Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Administration, or related field to the post.
  • NEBOSH certificate
  • ISO Lead Auditor
  • Other Health and Safety related certification

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a compliance or Health and Safety role
  • Familiar with ISO standards
  • Sufficient experience in similar role supporting operations management.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional laws and regulations.
