Gymnastics is a sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance. On a fundamental level, gymnastics improves physical health and athletic discipline. Through consistent practice of the sport, children will build strength, improve flexibility, coordination, stimulate self-confidence and enhance self-esteem. On top of that, Gymnastics is fun!
